After you contact us, we will first introduce you to our service and check whether your home is suitable for short-term rental on Airbnb and other portals.
If you decide to continue, we will sign a property management contract, but don’t worry – you can cancel our contract at any time with 1 month’s notice. Once the contract is signed, the keys will be handed over and your short-term rental unit will be arranged. We will do an initial review and create an ad on online portals such as Airbnb and Booking.
When your property is ready for guests and onboarding is completed, we take care of everything you need:
- Property management on Airbnb and other platforms,
- All communication with guests,
- Professional photography,
- Professional cleaning and laundry,
- Lock-box installation,
- Price optimization,
- Guest registration.
Our commission is simple and without hidden costs. With us, there is no single fee, we offer management fees from 10 to 20% of your rental revenue, the final qute will depend on several factors such us location and value of your property. How the cleaning will be done is agreed with the owners before the start of each contract. We understand that guests have high expectations for cleanliness. We work with a professional cleaning company that will clean your property and disinfect any surfaces, replace dirty bed linen and towels, and replenish the supplies you offer to your guests.
Of course! This is your home and you can use it whenever you want, provided of course that there are no reservations during that period. If you want to use the accommodation, simply let us know and we will block the dates for your use. Maybe you want to reserve a certain period for you every year, let us know at the beginning, and we will make sure that there are no reservations during that period.
There are no initial fees with exeption of proffesional photos if you do not have it already.
No. We will install a lock-box on you property free of charge for the whole duration of the contract.
